Open Day

The
Mark-1-Tank open day was, as to be expected, another
great day for all RC Tank enthusiasts. As you
can see from the pictures, the viewing balcony
was nearly packed to capacity. It looks like the
organisers will have to consider the likes of
the Earls Court next year to ensure the crowds
that were unable to enter the event will be able
to gain access next year.
At
one stage during the tank procession champagne
was sprayed at the tank commanders as they passed.
An abundance of celebration food and drinks were
passed around the crowd of spectators in what
can only be described as a fantastic achievement
in logistic management as the great day came to
a close and the sun set over the conifers. |
